Mysore Masala Dosa is the signature crepe of South India — a perfectly crisp fermented rice and urad dal dosa, brushed inside with our house Mysore red chutney and wrapped around a fragrant, lightly spiced potato masala. Served with sambar and freshly ground coconut chutney.
Our Mysore Masala Dosa is hand-spread on a hot griddle to achieve that signature lacy crisp edge, then layered with our family-recipe Mysore chutney made from roasted lentils, garlic, and red chillies. The potato masala filling is gently tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and turmeric for a comforting, home-style flavour.
Each dosa is made to order so the crisp never gets a chance to soften. We serve it with two house chutneys and piping-hot sambar — perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a late-evening South Indian craving in Surrey.
