Chicken 65 Biryani brings together two South Indian icons: the fiery, curry-leaf spiced Chicken 65 and the dum-cooked biryani technique. We marinate the chicken overnight in yogurt and chillies, then quick-fry it before layering it with aromatic basmati and sealing the pot for slow steam cooking.
The result is biryani with a backbone — crisp, deeply spiced chicken nuggets in every spoonful of fragrant rice. Served with cool cucumber raita to balance the heat, this is the dish to order if you want a Surrey biryani that tastes like Chennai.
